Landscape Design
One of the core services we offer both commercial and residential clients is landscape design. This is carried out by a landscape architect, however, the process we follow differs from most landscapers, and its thoroughness ensures that we cover every step of taking your new landscaping from some initial ideas through to completion. The landscape design process mentioned above has 10 primary steps, as follows:
- Consultation – Our landscape architect meets with you at the property, takes measurements, and gets your agreement to proceed with the design.
- Design Drafts & Agreement – Our landscaping architect will process several design concepts and draft designs based on your needs, and the complexity of the project. Once you are happy with the design, we will generate a quote.
- Quote Agreement – We estimate the costs, produce a quote, and if you authorise it we then also agree on a timescale for the entire landscaping project.
- Planning & Approvals – All the necessary documentation and council approvals are acquired including the certified building permit.
- Construction & Installation – Our landscapers and builders begin creating your landscaping which can include site clearance and demolition if necessary.
- Hardscaping – Fixed items such as pathways, walls, decking, and fencing are created.
- Softscaping – At this stage we are preparing soil, planting bushes, flowers, and shrubs, and setting up the irrigation systems.
- Handover To Client – We meet you to ensure you are happy with what we have created, advise on maintenance, and get the completion certificate finalised.
